Lucas is a Hong Kong-born, London-based art director and designer. He collaborates with brands to map out creative solutions that resonate with their brand stories.

Coming from a hybrid background in English Studies and Communication Design, Lucas finds joy in bringing brands to life through strategic design directions. With over a decade of experience in the creative industry, Lucas takes a purpose-led approach, which lies in visual research, market analysis and conceptual ideas, to identify opportunities and meanings for brands. He also puts emphasis on inclusion and accessibility in the hope of building a more inclusive design culture.

—and—now
Following his masters exhibition, Lucas moved back from the UK to Hong Kong. He cut his teeth at a boutique design studio to earn hands-on experience in diverse creative contexts, from branding and art direction to print and event marketing.
Lucas then joined the Brand Design team of WGSN, the global trend forecaster, to oversee the brand's visual identity and marketing assets. Lucas was also a contributing trend researcher at WGSN, digging interesting stories, rising brands and consumer insights in APAC.
Lucas has his finger on the pulse of emerging trends, which consistently help steer ideas on brand design and bring fresh insights into crafting user experiences.
